Logan City Council lists Springwood among the City of Logan suburbs. Australia Post uses 4127, the same code as Daisy Hill and Slacks Creek, and other localities can sit in that code too. A contractor needs the street locality, not only 4127.
Housing and roofs
This page does not quote a dwelling count for Springwood. Some published 2021 figures for a similar name cover a statistical area larger than the suburb.
